SHIPPING

We have a flat rate shipping fee on all plant orders of $20.00. All plant orders will be shipped with Express Postage. All other non-plant orders have the option to select regular postage.

Where do you ship?

Due to Australian Quarantine Laws we currently only ship plants to QLD, NSW, VIC, ACT and SA.

When can I expect my order?

Orders containing plants will be shipped on Monday or Tuesday so that we can ensure that your plants arrive before the weekend. Express postage can take up to 3 days depending on location. All other orders made on a business day before 12pm will be posted same day, after 12pm will be posted next business day.

Delivery times will vary depending on delivery location. We will try our best to get your package to you as soon as possible. However, this is mostly out of our control once it leaves our packing shed.

LOCAL DELIVERY

We offer same day delivery to Atherton, Tolga, Kairi, Malanda, Yungaburra and Herberton. Plants and Gift hampers will be available for local delivery Monday - Friday. Orders must be placed before 10am. Weekend delivery can be arranged in advance. For specific delivery date please provide information at checkout.
